Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Qualified Supervisor (QS) in the state of Florida, and I’ve spent the past 20 years helping people find clarity, connection, and confidence in who they are.  

I hold certifications in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International and as an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) through Evergreen, allowing me to combine lived experience with clinical expertise in meaningful ways.

As an ally for the LGBTQIA+ community, I’m committed to creating an environment where all clients feel respected and understood by offering a therapeutic space that’s authentic and affirming.
